Job Description

IT Media Zone is looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and improving audience engagement across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
• Plan and execute social media content and posting schedules.
• Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and other social media content.
• Develop creative ideas for promoting company products and services.
• Monitor current social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall social media presence.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and marketing team for content requirements.
• Monitor competitors and identify new social media opportunities.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
• Knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
