Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, grow our online community, and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and maintain company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create, coordinate, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
• Write creative captions, copy, and relevant hashtags.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members for content production.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Support paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in media marketing agency. Experience in real estate will be plus.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other content creation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
