Social Media Marketing Specialist

Pluton is looking for a proactive and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience in client onboarding and social media marketing. We are not looking for someone whose role is limited to posting content. We are looking for a professional who can develop and execute strategies, generate measurable results, manage clients, and contribute to business growth.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Handle client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
• Plan and execute campaigns focused on engagement, leads, conversions, and brand growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular performance reports.Identify trends and continuously improve social media strategies.
• Work closely with top platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and advertising practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing / Management.
• Prior experience in client onboarding and client management.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and paid campaigns.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.
