About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and research-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and manage the social media presence of multiple brands. You'll be the person who spots trends before they blow up, turns them into scroll-stopping content ideas, and keeps our brands' social calendars running like clockwork, working closely with our production team to bring it all to life.

This is a night shift, onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and genuinely enjoys living on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Research ongoing trends, viral formats, sounds, and challenges across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and translate them into content ideas
• Prepare and maintain content calendars for multiple brand accounts
• Coordinate with the production/design team to brief, plan, and execute content shoots and edits
• Manage and schedule posts across various social media handles using content posting/CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement; respond or escalate as needed
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to keep brands ahead of the curve
• Conduct hashtag, keyword, and audience research to improve reach and engagement
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly
• Assist in planning campaigns around trending events, holidays, and pop-culture moments
• Flag potential PR or reputation issues early and escalate appropriately

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
• Hands-on experience with content posting/scheduling tools or CRMs such as GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Strong research skills with a genuine pulse on social media and cultural trends
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously is a plus
• Basic understanding of content production workflows (working with video/design teams)
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working night shift hours (Mon–Fri, 9 PM – 6 AM), onsite

Nice to Have

• Prior experience managing social accounts for multiple/agency clients
