Social Media Marketer

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketer with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics, and can turn ideas into engaging content that delivers measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage daily content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, posts, and other social media copy.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall social media performance.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team when required.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to develop creative content ideas and translate them into engaging posts.
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
