At Wingman LTD, we create high-impact, visually driven content. We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor and Motion Designer to join our team and help us build compelling narratives, particularly in the financial, trading, and business spaces. If you know how to turn complex concepts into sleek, engaging visual stories, we want you on our team.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile creative who excels at blending 2D motion graphics with 3D elements. You will be responsible for producing high-retention video content characterized by dark, cinematic aesthetics, glowing neon UI elements, kinetic typography, and stylized 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• High-End Motion Graphics: Design and animate complex motion graphics, HUDs, and glowing schematic elements from scratch.
• 3D Integration: Create, light, and animate stylized, low-poly 3D models (characters, environments, and objects) and seamlessly composite them into 2D environments.
• Kinetic Typography: Design bold, creative text animations that interact with 3D elements and drive the narrative forward.
• Storytelling & Editing: Take raw scripts or voiceovers and build a complete visual essay with precise pacing, sound design, and color grading.
• Asset Creation: Build out a library of reusable assets, textures, and custom expressions to streamline our production workflow.

Required Skills & Experience

• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including complex expressions and compositing) and Premiere Pro.
• 3D Capabilities: Experience with 3D software (Blender is especially) is a huge plus.
• Design Fundamentals: Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation and storyboarding.
• Aesthetic Alignment: A proven ability to match specific visual styles—specifically dark themes, moody lighting, neon/glowing accents, and tech-forward financial aesthetics.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for color accuracy, contrast, and visual hierarchy.
