We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Executive to manage, grow, and strengthen our digital presence across social media platforms and YouTube.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content, growing social media communities, managing YouTube channels, monitoring industry trends, engaging with audiences, and using performance data to continuously improve our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content.
• Create graphics, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
• Manage YouTube channels through YouTube Studio, including SEO, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publishing, and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze YouTube metrics such as CTR, watch time, audience retention, views, and subscriber growth.
• Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, views, and subscribers.
• Manage community engagement across Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay current with social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, features, and best practices.
• Analyze platform performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta paid advertising campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and analytics.
• Good working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and CapCut — mandatory.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Portfolio is required.

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience will be considered an advantage:

• Experience growing YouTube channels and creating YouTube Shorts.
• Experience working with religious, Islamic, educational, community, or public-figure content.
• Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator.
• Previous experience as a content creator, YouTuber, influencer, or digital creator.

A formal degree is not required. We value practical experience, creativity, strong portfolios, and measurable results.

Employment Details

Position: Social Media Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C, Karachi
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Preferred: Candidates based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal or nearby areas
