Sales Executive – Paper & Packaging

• Location: Karachi
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – Paper & Packaging to manage B2B sales inquiries, build strong client relationships, and convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of customer requirements related to paper and board products, including size, GSM, brand, quantity, pricing, and delivery expectations, while coordinating internally for pricing, stock availability, production feasibility, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B inquiries for paper and board products.
• Understand customer requirements related to size, GSM, brand, quantity, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and communicate quotations and commercial details to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager regarding pricing, production feasibility, cutting requirements, and stock availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and bulk business.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track active inquiries, quotations, and pending follow-ups.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate timely resolution.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Support business growth through proactive B2B selling and effective client relationship management.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Candidates with equivalent practical B2B sales experience, particularly within paper, packaging, printing, or related industries, may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in Paper & Board, Printing & Packaging, Paper Converting, or Industrial B2B Sales is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with GSM, reel sizes, paper brands, and related product specifications will be considered an advantage.

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
