With three years of relevant experience, you will work closely with the sales team and suppliers to facilitate timely and accurate responses to inquiries and quotations, supporting the achievement of the company's sales conversion targets. As a Sales Coordinator, you will not be managing a team but will operate as a pivotal link between customers, sales representatives, and suppliers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure smooth processing of orders, proper documentation, and effective tracking of sales activities. Your proactive approach in following up on quotations and leads, preparing commercial proposals, and generating sales reports will contribute significantly to the overall effectiveness of the sales function at Speedy Automation.
Responsibilities
 

  • Follow up with customers on submitted quotations through timely phone calls and emails to encourage sales conversions.
  • Maintain and regularly update a quotation and inquiry tracker using Excel or CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate effectively with the sales team and suppliers to gather essential pricing and technical details required for proposals and client communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and sales documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate and professional.
  • Track order status diligently and communicate progress updates to clients to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate regular follow-up and sales reports that provide insights into sales performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the sales team in reaching established sales conversion goals by managing leads and facilitating seamless sales processes.
  • Ensure all correspondence and sales-related activities adhere to company policies and quality standards.
  • Handle multiple sales tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve any issues related to orders, pricing, or client requests swiftly and professionally.
