HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position for one of its clients.

Position: Assistant Manager Treasury 
Industry: Multinational Textile Sector
Location: Karachi (SITE Area)
Job Type: Yearly Contract (HRSG)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To extract TFB sheet to check due invoices for payment processing
  • To match outstanding invoices before payment - SAP & TFB
  • Weekly updating of e-treasury portal by using TFB working sheet LC/IBC advices verification.
  • To verify whether the correct commission is being charged by SCB on LC/IBC contract opening.
  • Coordination with Tax team for submission of applicable taxes on outward Payments.
  • Monthly review of utility payments to bank
  • Twice payment run review and special payment run as and when required Bank corresponding.

 

Qualification:
BBA/MBA Finance, Part qualified ACCA , CA

Experience:
04 to 05 years of relevant experience in treasury, reporting and banking coordination.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Import payments rate negotiation
  • To extract TFB sheet to check due invoices for payment processing
  • To match outstanding invoices before payment - SAP & TFB
  • Daily communication with SCB for best rate negotiation for import related invoices
  • To verify whether the correct commission is being charged by SCB on LC/IBC contract opening.
  • To discuss with the bank in case of differences.
  • To discuss with the bank in case of differences.
  • Shirley technology yearly payment for both plants separately.
  • Worldly holding yearly payment.
  • Coordination with Tax team for submission of applicable taxes on outward Payments.
  • Quarterly payment of Royalty
  • Extension in Acknowledgment of Royalty agreemen
  • New user's addition as per requirement CMO/Trade.
  • Coordination with S2B team for any certificate validation or any other updating at month end profit on sweep to be verified as the correct rate is incorporated by SCB.
  • Coordination with departments for data requirement.
  • To forecast dividend and royalty amount on the basis of sales forecast.
  • General accounting
  • Petty cash review
  • Credit card payment review
  • Monthly review of utility payments to bank
  • Twice payment run review and special payment run as and when required
