Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Front and Up Seller to join our team and promote our (RSP) educational. This role involves engaging directly with potential students, explaining program benefits, and converting leads into successful enrollments through telephonic interactions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and close sales effectively.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and persuasive personality.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling educational or vocational training programs.
Target: 3K to 5K
