We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive (Calling Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software services, particularly in international markets such as the USA and Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA and Canadian regions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Pitch services including Website Development, Mobile App Development, 2D/3D Animations, and Graphic Design projects.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international software sales (preferably via phone calls).
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
Prior experience with US/Canada clients is a must.
