We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing sales operations in your assigned area, developing business strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Conduct regular market visits and generate sales reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in field sales (industry experience preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
Willing to travel within the area
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
