We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing B2B clients
  • Identify potential customers and convert leads into successful sales
  • Promote HVACR products and services, including technical solutions
  • Conduct site visits and provide expert guidance based on client requirements
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling HVACR products and services
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVACR systems and solutions
  • Experience in B2B sales is highly preferable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage client accounts effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • A valid driving license is preferred
