Required Front Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and confident Front Sales Agent to handle leads generated through Bark and convert potential customers into paying clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and following up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Contact and respond to new leads received through Bark.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain pricing, packages, and service benefits clearly.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Identify qualified prospects and move them through the sales process.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the technical/project team when required.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
• Experience with Bark or similar lead-generation platforms is a strong advantage.
• Confident speaking with international customers, particularly US/UK clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
• Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus.

Compensation

Salary + Commission / Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
