The Relationship Manager - Consumer Finance is responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for the Bank’s secured and unsecured products, including Credit Cards, Auto Finance, Home Finance, and Islamic Personal Finance. This role involves cross-selling and achieving new-to-bank (NTB) targets as set by management.
Utilizing an existing customer portfolio, the Relationship Manager will cross-sell the Bank’s asset and liability products, ensuring that customers are informed about the full range of offerings available.
The role requires soliciting referrals for new clients to enhance sales volumes and customer portfolios in both secured and unsecured segments. Regular market visits, including residential areas and potential client locations within the assigned territory, are essential to acquire new clients and boost sales.
Building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, such as Auto Dealers, Real Estate Agencies, and Housing Societies, is crucial for generating business opportunities and referrals. The Relationship Manager will also need to stay updated on product offerings and industry changes to provide clients with accurate and relevant advice.
