QADRI NOORI ENTERPRISES seeks a highly skilled Manager Finance and Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure precise financial reporting. This role requires expertise in managing the general ledger, conducting month and year-end close processes, and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing internal controls and streamlining processes to uphold financial accuracy and support strategic decision-making. This position serves as a critical liaison between the finance department and senior management by delivering insightful financial analysis and robust reporting, aiding the achievement of overall company objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong educational background in accounting or finance, complemented by over five years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle Financials, is essential alongside advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and Microsoft Excel. While the position does not require managing a team, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and participate in audit coordination and financial system improvements.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports that provide clear insights for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities to guarantee smooth and accurate audits.
  • Develop, implement, and improve internal controls and financial procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize ERP software such as SAP or Oracle Financials to manage financial data, streamline operations, and generate reliable reports.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support budgeting processes, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
  • Serve as a liaison for finance-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate financial insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence to company financial policies, promoting best practices and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support strategic planning by delivering comprehensive financial information that aligns with company goals.
  • Continuously update knowledge on changes in accounting standards and financial regulations affecting the company.
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new financial systems or enhancements to existing ERP solutions.
