Officer Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent professional to support treasury and financial operations within the organization. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in processing transactions, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant financial workflows. The position demands proficiency in ERP systems, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record invoices and process payments in the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365), ensuring accurate accounting entries, tax compliance, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Prepare monthly journal vouchers and actively participate in month-end closing activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle corporate cheque preparation and execute online payments/transfers through banking platforms.
• Maintain organized physical and digital records of vouchers for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.
• Process staff advances and ensures timely settlements in alignment with company policies.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, and possess 2 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounts payable, general accounting, or finance operations. They must demonstrate a strong command of MS Excel along with working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
