Finance Officer

Hilton Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer with at least two years of experience to join its financial team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management. This role involves accurately maintaining financial records, preparing timely reports, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. The Finance Officer will work independently to ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to sound financial decision-making at Hilton Pharma. This position does not include managing a team but requires excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with other departments effectively.
Responsibilities
 

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports to support senior management in decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational plans.
• Monitor cash flow daily to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
• Perform financial forecasting to anticipate future financial trends and help guide strategic planning.
• Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and respond to audit inquiries as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
