🕒 Shift: Flexible (8–9 hours)

💰 Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
 

🎓 

Education

At least Intermediate (A-Levels / FA / FSC or equivalent)

⏳ 

Experience

6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination (preferably in a design agency or creative environment)

🎯 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Communicate with internal teams (design, sales, production) for updates
• Ensure smooth workflow and follow-ups on assigned tasks
• Support in preparing reports, documentation, and project updates
• Help identify delays or issues and escalate when required
• Maintain proper records of projects and client communication
   

🔧 

Required Skills

• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of project management processes
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Notion (preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
