Job Summary:

At Raqami, we are building a digital banking experience that is seamless, Shariah-compliant, and future-ready. We are looking for an analytical powerhouse to join our Digitization & Strategy unit as Assistant Manager – Application Performance and Growth.

In this role, you won't just report numbers; you will own the "pulse" of our digital app. You will be the bridge between data and action—identifying why users drop off, how they engage, and where our next big growth opportunity lies.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Funnel: Track end-to-end app KPIs including installs, onboarding conversion, DAU/MAU, and retention.
• Optimize Journeys: Deep-dive into KYC, login, payments, and lending flows to eliminate friction and improve activation.
• Data Storytelling: Build real-time dashboards for leadership and turn raw events into actionable business insights.
• Experiment & Scale: Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to constantly refine the UX/UI.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Tech, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure data integrity (Firebase/Mixpanel) and drive feature adoption.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor the pulse of digital acquisition, reactivation, and cross-sell initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Digital Banking, Fintech, or App Growth/Analytics roles.
• Technical Toolkit: Hands-on experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics is a must.
• The "Growth" Mindset: A solid understanding of digital banking journeys and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies for Product and Tech teams.
