EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the role of AM/DM - Project Management & Partnership. This position focuses on leading and coordinating telecommunications-related projects within the Digital Insurance Initiatives (DII) portfolio. The candidate will apply deep knowledge of telecom ecosystems, including billing processes, commercial frameworks, and operational integrations, to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires strong skills in stakeholder management and partnership development, facilitating effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners. With no direct team management responsibilities, the professional will concentrate on delivering projects successfully by managing relationships and aligning all activities with the companys objectives. The ideal candidate brings at least four years of relevant experience in project planning, communication strategy, and performance tracking. They will oversee the entire project lifecyclefrom initiation through execution to closureensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and consistent progress reporting. Their ability to integrate change management principles will contribute to smooth transitions and operational integrity for EFU Life Assurance Ltd.s telecom initiatives. Effective communication and client relationship management will enhance partnership success and operational outcomes, making this role vital for fostering collaborative and impactful projects.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and coordinate telecommunication-related projects within the DII portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational integrity.
  • Manage relationships and communications with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution and partnership development.
  • Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, track progress, and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Apply expertise in billing flows, commercial structures, and operational processes specific to telecommunications to drive efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports to provide transparency and support risk management efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to foster trust, address concerns proactively, and maintain fruitful long-term partnerships.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes during project implementation.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between departments and external partners to ensure smooth integration and coordinated efforts across stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular communication updates, meetings, and presentations to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout project phases.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to reduce project vulnerabilities and ensure successful outcomes.
