We build technology that enables clinicians to deliver high-quality care efficiently, whether in-person or virtually.
Join us in building systems that directly impact how care is delivered at scale.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Product Specialist to serve as the bridge between our providers and our EHR product team. In this role, you will ensure that providers are successfully onboarded, trained, and continuously supported in using our EHR platform. You will work closely with clinicians to understand their workflows, resolve issues, and improve their day-to-day experience with the system. This is not a traditional support role; you will play a key role in driving product adoption, improving clinical efficiency, and shaping the product through real-world feedback.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of healthcare workflows, product thinking, and user experience, this role is for you.

- Ensure providers are confident and efficient in using the platform from day one
Provider Success & Enablement
- Act as the primary point of contact for providers using the EHR
- Proactively identify friction points in workflows and address them
- Drive adoption of key features that improve clinical and operational efficiency
- Support providers in optimizing their usage of the system
Product Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Translate provider feedback into structured product insights and requirements
- Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize enhancements
- Provide deep workflow context (clinical + operational) to influence product decisions
- Participate in UAT and validation of new features before release
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Ops, and Support teams
- Ensure alignment between product capabilities and real-world clinical workflows
- Support product rollouts by enabling providers with training and change management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Specialist, Customer Success, Implementation, or Support roles in SaaS
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems or healthcare technology is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows (documentation, scheduling, prescribing, billing)
- Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively with clinicians and non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA teams
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, DevOps, and Confluence
Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with doctors, therapists, or clinical staff
- Exposure to healthcare standards (HIPAA, EPCS, integrations, etc.)
- Experience creating training content or onboarding programs
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or system architecture
What Success Looks Like
- Providers are onboarded smoothly with minimal friction
- High adoption of key EHR workflows and features
- Reduced provider frustration and support escalations
- Strong feedback loop between providers and product team
- Continuous improvement in provider efficiency and satisfaction

If you’re excited about improving how clinicians interact with technology and ultimately how care is delivered, we’d love to meet you.
