Management Intern

Sunshine Rehabilitation Welfare Center is a non-profit organization committed to addressing drug addiction and supporting individuals in their recovery journey in Karachi, Pakistan. Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site Management Intern role located in Karachi. The Management Intern will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate activities and schedules, and support in the planning and implementation of rehabilitation programs. Key responsibilities include assisting with data collection and reporting, collaborating with different departments, and supporting initiatives for patient care and vocational training programs. The intern will gain exposure to the operations of a non-profit rehabilitation center and develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and patients
• Ability to support research, data collection, and reporting tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge or experience in program management or non-profit operations is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Karachi and contribute to a vibrant, purpose-driven environment
