  • Define and lead UBL’s digital sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, funded accounts, and portfolio growth.

 

  • Own digital sales KPIs across leads, conversions, cost of acquisition, funded customers, activation, and channel productivity.

 

  • Build and manage the end-to-end acquisition funnel across UBL’s digital channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and high conversion rates.

 

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships to generate high-quality customer leads and funded account growth.

 

  • Work closely with product, UX, technology, and operations teams to improve onboarding journeys, reduce drop-offs, and enhance sales performance.

 

  • Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives including campaign testing, funnel redesign, offer strategy, and partner performance improvement
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, proposition communication, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Ensure strong governance of sales processes, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements across digital acquisition journeys.


 

COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Agency, Analytics, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders to align digital sales priorities with overall goals.


 

External:

  • Engage external partners including fintechs, aggregators, digital platforms, merchants, payment partners, and lead-generation partners.
  • Liaise with vendors and technology partners supporting onboarding, campaign management, analytics, CRM, and digital sales enablement


 


 

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience:

  • 7 years +

Job Specific Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital sales, customer acquisition funnels, and performance marketing in financial services or digital businesses and working with known platforms such as Firebase, GA4, Appsflyer
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs related to acquisition, funded customers, activation, and partnership-led growth
  • Experience in building and managing partnerships that deliver commercial outcomes at scale.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate strategy into measurable sales outcomes.
  • Good knowledge of digital onboarding journeys, customer lifecycle management, and channel optimization.
