IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT services, maintain system security, and lead IT projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments
• Oversee daily IT operations, including helpdesk, desktop support, and incident management
• Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and third-party service providers
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Provide leadership and guidance to IT support teams (L1/L2/L3)
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)
• Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, or AWS
• Experience managing global IT operations or multi-site environments
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
