Folicx is looking to hire Motivated and Results-oriented Lead List Builder to join our team On-site.

Role: Lead List Builder

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Perks: (40–60k) basic, Petrol allowance, Quarterly Appraisal, Tardiness Bonus, Growth Opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
• Create Relatable and Pain Based email copy focused on engagement and conversions
• Manage cold email outreach and nurture sequences across 1000 of prospects
• Monitor deliver ability, open rates, and campaign performance
• Segment audiences and maintain clean, high-quality data lists
• Collaborate with Sales teams to align messaging with outbound strategy

What we're looking for:

• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools such as (Appollo io, Instantly, Klay Etc)
• Ability to write high-converting, personalised email copy that drives replies — not just opens
• Deep knowledge of email deliver ability (domain warm-up, inbox placement, spam avoidance, sender reputation)
• Know what kind of leads convert for your business
• Adjust criteria based on campaign performance
• Work closely with sales/marketing teams
• Understand ideal customer profile (ICP)
• Filter by industry, company size, location, job title
• Avoids irrelevant or low-quality leads
• Excellent written communication skills
