Internship Overview
Are you looking to build a career in sales, logistics, or business development?
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern who is eager to learn, develop professional sales skills, and gain hands-on experience working with North American customers.
No freight brokerage experience is required—we will provide training.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify companies that ship freight.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Send cold emails and follow-up emails.
- Schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Follow up with leads until they are converted into customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Compensation
- Internship with performance-based compensation.
- Earn commissions in US Dollars (USD) for every customer you successfully bring to the company.
- Top-performing interns may receive a monthly stipend after successfully completing the training period.
- Outstanding performers will be considered for a full-time Sales Executive position with a fixed salary plus commission.

Working Hours
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Pay: From Rs10,000.00 per month
