The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in creating and maintaining customer relationships using various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and digital platforms. The role requires maintaining precise customer records within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, diligently following up with prospects to turn interest into sales, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.
Responsibilities
 

  • Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and digital communication channels to introduce products and services effectively.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to offer suitable solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads through consistent follow-ups and pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve queries.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through persistent effort and strategic prospecting.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights and feedback regarding market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to better serve customers.
  • Work effectively within a target-driven environment, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
