Tele Sales Officer (Females)

Job Description

BizWave Consultancy is hiring Female Tele Sales Officers to handle UAE-based and international clients for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will generate leads, engage clients professionally over calls, and convert inquiries into successful sales. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a results-driven mindset are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UAE and international clients to promote real estate projects
• Handle inbound inquiries from clients across multiple regions and time zones
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Follow up consistently to close sales and achieve targets
• Provide accurate project information, pricing, and payment plan details
• Coordinate with the sales team for virtual meetings, calls, and site visits
• Prepare daily call reports and track lead status

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service
• Experience in real estate is a plus
• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients
• Fresh candidates with strong English communication skills are welcome

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) are a strong plus
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Ability to handle clients across different cultures and time zones

Work Location & Hours

• Karachi (Near Jail Chowrangi) – On-site
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
