Lead Architect

Devcir is seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to oversee and guide a team of professionals in delivering innovative and efficient architectural solutions. The ideal candidate brings at least seven plus years of experience in architecture, with a focus on infrastructure design, Archicad risk management, and building information modeling. This role requires expert proficiency in ArchiCAD and BIM coordination, along with the ability to manage the architectural design workflow rigorously. As the Lead Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping project outcomes by ensuring accuracy in technical and construction documentation while fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet project goals. In this leadership position, you are responsible for driving design excellence and maintaining a strong foundation in architectural principles throughout all phases of development. You will coordinate the architectural team’s efforts in 3D modeling and BIM processes, ensuring seamless integration across all stages of project execution. Your role involves evaluating risks, optimizing design strategies, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of architects and design professionals in all aspects of architectural projects.
