Job Overview:
QueryTel is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to support end users in a fast-paced IT environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on desktop support experience, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 and L2 desktop support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues. Manage users, devices, and access in Azure Active Directory to support Office 365 and standard enterprise applications. Handle support tickets, document issues and resolutions, and escalate complex problems when required. Ensure timely and effective user support during assigned shifts.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a Desktop Support or IT Support role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and IT support best practices.

Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable):
Active and valid Microsoft Azure Administration certification OR official certification letter.

Salary:
PKR 70,000 to 100,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
