IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for field execution, supervision & leading on-site of Field Deployment projects of KTR-I including special projects, DKTCC (DHA Karachi Telecom Common Corridor) KTCC, BRT, DHA Phase-8, small & large scale FTTHs. This position liaisons on field with stakeholders and consortium members and manages stores, material, deployment on-site of ongoing DKTCC, DHA, and other projects.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Lead and supervise on-site execution of field deployment projects within KTR-I, including special initiatives such as DKTCC (DHA Karachi Telecom Common Corridor), KTCC, BRT, DHA Phase-8, and both small- and large-scale FTTH deployments.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, consortium partners, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth field operations and timely project delivery.
• Monitor field quality, maintain reporting standards, and oversee field teams to ensure compliance with deployment specifications.
• Ensure effective project management and execution in line with approved timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Conduct technical surveys, planning, and feasibility assessments to support efficient project implementation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BE / BS (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering Computer Science or any other relevant engineering)

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies

• ArcGIS/qGIS
• SAP
• Network Planning (Link Budgeting)
• Project Management
