We're Rettain, a tight team of eCommerce ninjas who build and retention optimize systems for DTC brands that want to grow. Klaviyo is at the center of everything we do, and we're looking for someone who loves it as much as we do.

The kind of person who gets excited about a perfectly built email and sms flow. Who actually enjoys diving into segmentation and figuring out why open rates dipped. Who sees a Klaviyo account with potential and thinks "oh I know exactly what to do here."

You'll work across multiple brands, owning everything from Klaviyo flows and lifecycle marketing to Shopify integrations, SMS, retention tools, and tracking. And you won't do it alone — you'll have a team around you that genuinely wants to see you win.
