Ecom Professionals is seeking a motivated Ecommerce Manager for TikTok Shop to develop and execute effective social commerce strategies. This role demands a candidate with strong expertise in TikTok Shop management, digital marketing, content creation, and influencer collaboration. The ideal applicant manages marketing campaigns, analyzes data, and optimizes content to increase sales and brand presence on TikTok Shop. The candidate should possess excellent English reading and writing skills, hold at least a graduate degree, and have attended courses related to ecommerce and social media management. Candidates must be 32 years old or younger, with at least two years of relevant experience. This position does not involve managing a team but requires independent and proactive work to maximize TikTok Shop performance and customer engagement. The Ecommerce Manager implements influencer marketing campaigns using platforms such as Upfluence and AspireIQ while utilizing TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Creator Marketplace for targeted promotions. Continuous data analysis and reporting help identify opportunities to optimize sales funnels and improve content effectiveness. Collaborating with content creators and influencers, the manager strengthens brand visibility and drives user acquisition. The role also involves close monitoring of trends within TikToks social commerce ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt marketing tactics based on evolving analytics and platform features.
Responsibilities
 

  • Plan, execute, and manage TikTok Shop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Create, optimize, and manage compelling content tailored to the TikTok Shop audience.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns through platforms like Upfluence, AspireIQ, and TikTok Creator Marketplace.
  • Collaborate with social media influencers and creators to promote products and enhance customer engagement.
  • Use TikTok Ads Manager to design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data, user engagement metrics, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing campaign results, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on TikTok Shop platform features, social commerce trends, and competitors activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to monitor and interpret sales and engagement statistics.
  • Attend relevant training sessions and courses to enhance ecommerce and social media management skills.
  • Adapt quickly to dynamic social commerce environments and implement innovative marketing approaches.
