Job Description

As a core member of our finance and e-commerce operations, the Account Manager will be responsible for precise management of financial workflows and e-commerce activities to optimize sales and maintain regulatory compliance.  The position operates remotely from Lahore Office, aligned with UK business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). The role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate between financial processes and online marketplace strategies. This position plays a pivotal role in preparing and submitting VAT returns according to UK regulations, processing payroll and employee records accurately, and ensuring financial records reflect budgetary goals. Expertise in resolving listing issues and managing account suppressions is essential to maintain a healthy e-commerce presence. This position requires a candidate who is organized, communicative, and adept at working across different functions to drive operational excellence.


Responsibilities
 

  • Manage all daily accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns following UK compliance standards and deadlines.
  • Process payroll, manage salaries, and maintain comprehensive employee financial records to support payroll accuracy.
  • Develop, monitor, and update financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Temu to maximize visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, coordinating timely replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Track overall e-commerce account health, address suppressions, listing issues, and submit appeals to platforms to ensure continuous operation.
  • Analyze sales trends and financial data to identify opportunities for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of six members, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and development support.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to streamline operational tasks and support general administrative functions.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant company policies, legal regulations, and platform-specific rules.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in accounting and e-commerce operations to increase accuracy and efficiency.
