E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are hiring an E-Commerce Operations Manager to take full ownership of the business from an execution, performance, and growth perspective. This role goes beyond operations — it requires overseeing marketing, sales, fulfillment, and overall performance to ensure the business scales efficiently.

You will be responsible for managing the full system, identifying weaknesses, solving problems, and driving growth across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all core functions (marketing, sales, fulfillment, support)

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the entire business

• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements across all areas

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly

• Plan and execute strategies for scaling stores and increasing revenue

• Manage team structure, accountability, and overall execution quality

Requirements

• Strong experience in e-commerce operations and scaling stores

• Understanding of paid ads, sales processes, and fulfillment systems

• Ability to manage multiple departments and align them toward results

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• High ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently
