**Salary:** PKR 35,000 – 40,000 / Month

**Job Overview**

We are hiring motivated and responsible staff for our retail outlet and online operations. Candidates should be customer-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities (Role-Based)**

* Online order management

* Handling customer queries (In-store / WhatsApp / Social Media)

* Stock coordination, displays & cleanliness

* Order tracking, dispatch coordination & follow-ups

**Requirements**

* 1–2 years relevant experience (preferred)

* Good communication & customer-service skills

* Basic computer / POS / MS Excel knowledge (role-based)

* Honest and presentable personality

* Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred for E-Commerce)
