E-Commerce Operations Assistant (Shopify) – Remote

We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, spotting issues before they become problems, and making sure every detail on a Shopify store is working as it should. If you take pride in clean product listings, accurate inventory, and a well-maintained storefront, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

 

• Maintaining and optimizing Shopify product listings for clarity, accuracy, and conversion
• Regularly auditing the website to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content
• Monitoring inventory levels and helping prevent stock gaps or overselling
• Responding to customer reviews to support brand trust and engagement
• Updating website visuals such as banners, landing pages, and product images
• Coordinating with vendors on inventory, purchase orders, and order tracking
  
   

What Sets You Apart

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce or Shopify management
• Comfortable navigating Shopify and related tools independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized across multiple tasks
• Clear written communication, especially when handling customer-facing content
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup
  
   

Technical Requirements

• Reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speed
• Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor or equivalent
