The company is currently seeking an HR and Admin Specialist to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Karachi. This role is integral to supporting human resources operations and managing daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate staff attendance and leave management, supporting performance reviews and disciplinary procedures as required.
- Oversee office administration tasks such as document management, vendor coordination, and basic facilities oversight to maintain smooth operations.
- Support payroll input processes by preparing and verifying relevant data.
- Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation, ensuring timely communication with employees and external parties.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and other HR events to facilitate staff development and engagement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and general office matters, fostering a positive workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR administration, including employee record management, recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Strong office and administrative management skills, encompassing document handling, scheduling, vendor liaison, and facilities oversight.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu, enabling professional interaction with staff and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes, local labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to HR and administrative functions.

The position is based at M.A Jinnah Road, near Civil Hospital, Karachi.
