We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage a broad range of human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance evaluation, and employee relations, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with company goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, extending offers, maintaining candidate pipelines, and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure timely and quality hires.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding, probation periods, confirmations, contract management, terminations, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, develop employee development plans, gather and provide feedback, and generate performance reports to support continuous improvement.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee queries, handle grievances, manage disciplinary actions, resolve conflicts, and implement engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage HR correspondence and documentation.
Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management: Provide accurate payroll inputs, monitor attendance, manage leave requests, and prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
HR Analytics: Monitor HR trends and recruitment data to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic decision-making.
Workforce Planning: Assess staffing needs, support organizational development, manage restructuring efforts, and assist with succession planning.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to address staffing and HR-related requirements effectively.
General HR Support: Perform additional HR and management tasks as assigned by the CEO, HR Manager, or department leads to support overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources

Compensation
- Salary starting from Rs 100,000 per month.
