HR INTERN

Logix Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) / HR INTERN to join our team.

Position: HR INTERN/ MTO – HR

Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Candidates with relevant HR internship experience will be preferred.
Candidates with prior company exposure related to Human Resource practices are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Assist the HR team with various projects and assignments.
- Gain hands-on exposure to different HR functions and practices.
