HR Executive

Location: Karachi - Shahrah-e-Faisal
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Night Shift

What You'll Be Doing

You'll get hands-on exposure across multiple areas of HR, including:

✅ Recruitment & interview coordination
✅ Employee onboarding & documentation
✅ Attendance & leave management
✅ HRIS / employee data management
✅ Employee records & personnel files
✅ HR reports & daily HR operations
✅ Payroll input & coordination
✅ Employee engagement activities
✅ Responding to employee HR queries
✅ Supporting HR policies & procedures
✅ Coordination with different departments

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- 6 months – 1 year of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with MS Excel & Word
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Comfortable working the 9 PM – 6 AM night shift
