Human Resource Executive

WE’RE HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE

Toyota Creek Motors (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our Human Resources team.

Location: Karachi
Experience: 2–3 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, HR Management or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening and interview coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pools for critical positions
• Manage attendance, leave, employee records and payroll coordination
• Coordinate onboarding and HR orientation for new employees
• Support HR policies, compliance and audit requirements
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, headcount, attendance and turnover reports
• Support employee engagement and employee experience initiatives
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day administrative activities

Candidates with experience in automotive, dealership, retail, service or other fast-paced operational environments will be preferred.
