Job Description
The Edmentors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Officer to manage day-to-day accounting, financial record-keeping, administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, or Administration, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial record-keeping.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Assist with salary, payroll, and employee-related financial documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Manage office procurement, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and other administrative records.
- Prepare financial and administrative reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, suppliers, and other external parties when required.
- Assist in managing routine office administration and operational activities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper handling of financial and company information.
- Support management with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts, Finance, or Administration.
- Good understanding of accounting and administrative procedures.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Candidates with experience in payroll, petty cash, vendor management, and bank coordination will be preferred.
