Human Resources Executive

Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "HR Generalist".

Office Location: Azad Trade Centre, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Schedule: Night Shift: 8PM PKT to 5AM PKT – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficient Excel skills, and experience in partial recruitment processes. This role will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in different HR functions

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

- Salary budget: PKR80,000 to PKR120,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
