Job Description

AS Logistics Solution is seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR specialist. This role involves managing a team of 30 employees and handling various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in HR Information Systems and analytics to enhance the effectiveness of HR practices within the organization. They are responsible for implementing efficient recruitment sourcing strategies and optimizing employee engagement initiatives in a logistics environment. The HR professional works closely with different departments to identify staffing needs, ensure compliance with policies, and support workforce development. Applicants with experience in call center environments will have preferred opportunities due to the relevance of skills and challenges associated with managing HR functions in high-volume operational settings. This role requires excellent conflict resolution skills and proven ability to leverage technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques, to improve recruitment efficiency and employee retention.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage the HR team consisting of 30 members, ensuring high productivity and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates effectively.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment sourcing tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Conduct resume parsing and screening to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  • Use HR analytics and data to inform decision-making and improve human resource strategies.
  • Maintain and update HR Information Systems, including Workday HR, to ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Apply Boolean search techniques to optimize candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department managers to anticipate and meet workforce needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to minimize organizational risk.
  • Provide guidance and training on conflict resolution techniques and HR best practices.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Monitor trends in HR and labor markets, implementing innovative recruitment and retention approaches.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable workplace culture.
  • Coordinate succession planning and career development to enhance employee growth and retention.
  • Track key HR metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration aligned with company policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
