About the Position

Bizdaar LLC is looking for friendly, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support & Sales Representatives.

This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who want to develop their skills in customer communication, sales, client handling, and business development.

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers and potential clients.
• Respond to customer questions and provide relevant information.
• Introduce company services to potential customers.
• Assist with lead generation and sales activities.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain professional communication with existing and potential clients.
• Record customer information and follow-up activities.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and prospects.
• Handle assigned tasks according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor's qualification.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a professional, target-oriented environment.

No previous customer support or sales experience is required.
