CSR – (Customer Sales Representative)

Job Description

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and maintaining a professional, customer-oriented approach throughout all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients to promote company products and services.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism and tact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain call records.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or sales environment.
- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy to manage CRM and other sales tools.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Target-driven mindset with a motivated and proactive personality.
