Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Freight Forwarding

ATC Supply Chain is seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive specializing in freight forwarding to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the logistics industry. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is eager to engage in customer visits and proactive field sales activities to expand our market presence. The successful candidate works closely with clients to understand their shipping and logistics needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a self-driven professional with the ability to manage multiple prospects, develop strategic sales plans, and contribute towards achieving team targets. While the role does not involve team management responsibilities, collaboration with internal departments and service providers is essential to deliver seamless freight forwarding services.
Responsibilities
 

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, cold calling, meetings and sales follow-ups.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into actual business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to provide competitive quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, quotations and business development activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
